Sugar Free Chocolate Balls

These yummy chocolatey treats were a hit with 2 out of 3 of my kids!  Not bad on a Monday!  Whip them up in under 5 mins and enjoy a tasty, guilt free snack.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c rolled oats
  • 1 5/24 c rice pops (I use the 100% rice ones from the health food aisle)
  • 1/2 c cocoa
  • 1/2 c dessicated coconut
  • 2 tbsp. pea protein (or other protein powder of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp. rice malt syrup
  • 5 fresh dates chopped small
  • dessicated coconut extra

Instructions

  1. All add dry ingredients a lorge bowl & mix until combined
  2. Add dates & wet ingredients
  3. Add a little extra water a TBSP at a time until mix is moist and hold togther
  4. Roll into balls any size you like
  5. Roll in dessicated coconut
  6. Refrigerate
