Mango, almond and honey breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 mango (or 1 cup frozen mango pieces)
  • 400 mL milk
  • 1/2 c greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. almond meal
  • 1 tbsp. Manuka honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop mango and place in a blender with milk, yoghurt, almond meal, manuka honey and a few ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
