This is a simple and delicious breakfast that allows you to customise to your liking with whatever you have on hand. 2 minutes prep at night means instant healthy breakfast in the morning! All you need is a small jar and some creativity.
Yummy Combinations we love..
• Raspberries, almonds and passionfruit
• Banana and cinnamon
• Apple and sultanas or dates
• Pumpkin seeds and blueberries
• Mango and shredded coconut
• Strawberries and nectarines
Ingredients
½ cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple syrup (or rice malt)
full fat milk
2 tbsp plain greek yoghurt (full fat)
½ cup frozen and or fresh fruit fruit of your choice
3 tbsp nuts, seeds etc of your choice
Directions

Add oats, chia, nuts, etc to a 500ml jar.

Top up with full fat milk to about 2 cm above the dry ingredients

Add vanilla and syrup, stir to combine

Add yoghurt

Seal the jar and place in the fridge overnight

In the morning, serve it up and top with your fruits
