Biography:

My Trainer is proud to present Curtis Collins your local mobile personal trainer in Kew, Studley Park, Collingwood, Richmond, North Balwyn, Doncaster, Ivanhoe, Fitzroy, Carlton, Clifton Hill, Deepdene and surrounds.  Curtis joined My Trainer in 2016 as our local mobile personal trainer in Boroondara, Darebin and Yarra.

Curtis’ career in the fitness industry was a natural extension of his inate love of sport & being active. As a former eliter athlete himself, Curtis has been coaching diving for 3 and half years, including head diving coach at Wesley College. He completed an internship at WSSC focusing on strength and conditioning, and completed his exercise science placement with My Trainer throughout 2016. He currently plays football, previously competed as a diver and gymnast, and specialized in high jump at athletics. He also has a passion for basketball. Curtis loves helping people and brings his enthusiasm, knowledge and care to all his clients.  He has a passion for athlete development and injury prevention and has also completed his MASTERS in strength & Conditioning at Edith Cowan University. He is a current strength & conditioning coach at the Hawthorn Womens AFL team.

Curtis is a highly educated, organised and enthusiastic personal trainer and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the My Trainer team.
