Banana Smoothy Recipe

 1 cup mango or frozen mango pieces
 400 ml milk
 ½ cup greek yoghurt
 2 tbsp almond meal
 1 tbsp Manuka honey
 Ice cubes

Peel and chop mango and place in a blender with milk, yoghurt, almond meal, manuka honey and a few ice cubes.

Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
